Rail
There are two railway stations in Dinas Powys. Eastbrook station is to the north east of the community and Dinas Powys station to the south west.
From Monday to Saturday there are 4 trains an hour in each direction to and from Cardiff Central. The journey takes between 12 and 15 minutes. Trains run to most major cities from Cardiff Central.
Once an hour there is a train to Bridgend that calls at Rhoose and connects with a bus shuttle to Cardiff International Airport
Both stations have electronic train information systems as well as seating and a shelter. Eastbrook has a car park.
